Shipping & Returns

All products are shipped directly to you, except in the case of a gift, which we can ship directly to the person.

Orders over $50.00 ships FREE via First Class, shipping upgrade is available upon request. Please ensure correct shipping address to avoid delays.

All PayPal accounts need to be verified, otherwise shipment will not occur until account has been verified.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of your purchase in their original unopened package with original receipt.  Reason for return must be emailed prior to shipping product.  No refunds are issued for items lost in the mail, insurance and delivery confirmation are recommended for your package protection.  Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Worn or damaged products due to normal wear and tear cannot be accepted.
